The collective term Crown Jewels refers to the vestments and regalia worn by the Empeurer of Myroria during the coronation ceremony and other state functions. The term refers to the crowns, swords, scepters, orbs, robes, and the golden ostrich egg, as well as several other objects connected specifically to the coronation ceremony.
History
Many of the Myrorian Crown Jewels dating from before 1733 were lost, probably during the Myrorian exodus to the Pelagean continent. Upon the conquer of Pelagia, new items were made to replace those lost during the exodus and were joined by a jeweled sword, a gift from the Eluvataran King (name). This sword would become the Coronation Sword of Myroria, and would first be used in the crowning of Resdayn II and every monarch after him.
The Crown of St. Olms, worn during every modern coronation ceremony, was made in 1807 to replace the aging and damaged Royal Crown of Myroria. That same year the Crown of St. Relms, worn by the Empeuress or Empeurer Consort at official ceremonies, was made as until that time the husband or wife of the ruling monarch had no official crown.
