The Constitution of Taijitu provides for the structure of government of Taijitu.
Treaties
There is an Alliance Between Taijitu and The North Pacific.
Laws
No Law currently deals with finance, though in 2007-2008 there was a Budget Act.
Criminal and Judicial Law
- The Criminal Code defines the region's crimes. Largely common sense.
- The Due Process Act establishes how people can be tried for crimes, as well as some civil suit and arbitration processes.
Governance Laws
- The Oaths Act passed by the Senate specifies the oath for each government position.
- The Ministries Act establishes the ministries of the Executive Branch and specifies how they may be filled and altered by the Delegate.
- The Election and Referendums Act defines how elections and referenda are to be scheduled and implemented.
