  2. Democracy: The right of the people to control the government.
  3. Meritocracy: The respect of persons with merit, and rewarding accomplishment.
  4. Progress: The growth in culture, in numbers, and in power of the region.
  5. Free Speech: A specific aspect of liberty: all should be free to speak as they choose so long as they are not harrassing a particular person.

On July 28th, 2010, the new Progressive Party was established.
