Advisers to The Executive body of Taijitu (The Cabinet) are appointed at the current Delegate's discretion. As advisers aren't required to carry out any jobs in The Executive they are usually appointed when the Delegate would like someone in their Cabinet where said person is for some reason unable to carry out the requirements of any other office. This does not preclude an Adviser from helping in other areas though.
