The religious and worldly leader of The Abode. Holds absolute power over all citizens and is regarded to be the manifestation of the Big Flamingo.
The Prime Abider is identified through a mystical ritual, involving egg yolk and large quantities of rum. It is performed at the deathbed of the former Prime Abider by his three confidents.
The current Prime Abider has been in office since 1979. He was a small boy at the time. His name is unknown.
