  1. If the Secretary is made aware of any Founder Nation issue, they will open a poll on the Party Forums.
  2. Any such poll will contain an option for each choice given by the issue and an option to dismiss.
  3. The poll will be open for three days. While the poll is open, party members serving as senators will vote against any motion to adopt a choice or dismiss, and any party member serving as Delegate will veto any proposal to adopt a choice.
  4. If in any such poll a majority of the Party's membership participates and an option has a majority, any party members serving as senators will vote to adopt that option and vote against any alternative, and any party member serving as Delegate will sign into law any proposal to adopt that option and veto any proposal to adopt an alternative, else they will exercise their own judgement.
  5. Any Party member may declare their intention to abstain from all such polls at any time, and they will not be counted against for whether enough members have voted in the poll. The member may withdraw this declaration at any time.
