From Taijitu
The Flag of Taijitu is one the primary symbols of the region of Taijitu. The original design was conceived by Delfos and is modeled on the ensign of the Japanese navy, with the color red replaced by black and the sun disk by a taijitu. The final implementation of the design was done by Gulliver. The flag was officially adopted on July 5, 2010, by popular referendum through the Flag and Seals Act.
