Welcome

Hello and Welcome to this WikiProject. The aim of this project is to provide a way to actively organise the creation and maintenance of articles that relate to the Government of Taijitu by provide somewhere where project members can discuss the subject and record progress made.

If you would like to join this project, add your name to the members list on the Main Page and start editing. If you have any suggestions for areas this project could/should focus on, or for anything else to do with this project, say so here, and see what other members think.

Being a Member of this Project

All this means is that you have stated that you are willing to help Taijitu Wiki in the area of the Government of Taijitu where and when you can. Nothing is required of you.

The Talk Page/Consensus

Before any changes are made to specific pages relating to the project but not its subject matter (i.e. the main "Taijitu:WikiProject Government of Taijitu" project page or templates used by this project) a general consensus should be reached by members on what these changes should include/exclude. Spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc are obviously not subject to this restriction.

If you wish to start a new discussion on this talk page that does not relate to any existing discussions, simply use the "==" code to create a new title:

Code Result
== You Title Here == Your Title Here

If you wish to reply to an existing discussion, use ":" code to format discussions:

Code Result

Inital discussion Point
: Second Discussion Point
:: Third Discussion Point

Third Discussion Point

Feel free to use sub headings (===), or any other relative wiki code, should you wish to, as a way of formatting discussions.

Enjoy!

Project Template/Box

Okay, as a way of identifying which articles are part of this project or informing people who don't already know about this project, an announcement box stating as much might be useful. Similar things are often used on Wikipedia, and I think they're quite useful. Here's an example that I think we could use:

Books of law.png This article is within the scope of the Government of Taijitu WikiProject, a collaborative effort to improve Taijitu Wiki's coverage of the Government of Taijitu. If you would like to participate, you can visit the project page, where you can join the project and see a list of open tasks.

Obviously, if we do use something like this, it would be put into a template so it can be inserted into articles more easily, along with a category so we can keep a list of all our articles. Akka | Talk 14:36, 21 March 2008 (PDT)
