  1. The following will minor offenses. Any person who commits such an offense may not be arrested for it and may not be permanently banned from Taijitu and the Regional Forum if found guilty unless they have a preexisting criminal record.
    1. No person may impersonate any private person.
    2. No person may distribute the private materials of any person without their permission except as provided by law. Private materials will include internet chat logs, internet protocol addresses and email addresses. Internet chat logs will belong to all involved.
    3. No person may alter the personal information of another on the Regional Forums without their permission except as provided by law. Peronsal information will include avatars, user-names, signatures, posts and post-counts.
  2. The following will be major offenses. Persons who commits such an offense may be arrested for it and may be permanently banned from Taijitu and the Regional Forums if found guilty.
    1. No person may knowingly provide false information to the Government.
    2. The Delegate may classify materials vital to regional security. The Senate may review such materials and declassify them by a majority vote. No person may distribute classified materials unless permitted to by the Delegate.
    3. No person may seize the in-game delegacy of Taijitu unless serving as Delegate.
    4. No person may impersonate any government official.
    5. No person may knowingly distribute false information about the signatures, place, time, method, candidates or results of any election, petition or referendum.
    6. No person may violate the rules of NationStates or the Regional Forums' terms of use.
  3. Planning, attempting, helping or coercing another to commit any offense will be considered the same as committing it.
  4. No person will be held liable for any offense they were coerced to commit.

  1. Distributing classified materials will be a felony.

  1. Knowingly providing false information to the Government will be a felony.
  2. Knowingly distributing false information about the signatures, place, time, method, candidates or results of any election, petition or referendum will be a felony.
