Increase Senatorial Quorum

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:

Article 2, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution of Taijitu will be changed to read "The results of any vote taken in the Senate will be valid only if a majority of the Senate's membership participates.

Increase Threshold for Petitions

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:

Article 1, Section 4, Clause 3 of the Constitution of Taijitu will be changed to read "If a quarter of the number of voters who voted in the last election or valid referendum sign the petition, a referendum will be held."

Introduction of Judicial Terms

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:

The following clauses will be added to Article 4, Section 3 of the Constitution of Taijitu:
  1. Clause 4, which will read "Justices will serve terms of twenty-one weeks."
  2. Clause 5, which will read "Justices' terms will be staggered as evenly as possibly by increments of seven weeks."
  3. Clause 6, which will read "Justices' terms may be reduced when necessary to accommodate their staggering."
