Increase Senatorial Quorum

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:

Article 2, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution of Taijitu will be changed to read "The results of any vote taken in the Senate will be valid only if at least a third of the Senate's membership participates.

Increase Threshold for Petitions

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:

Article 1, Section 4, Clause 3 of the Constitution of Taijitu will be changed to read "If a quarter of the number of voters who voted in the last election or valid referendum sign the petition, a referendum will be held."
