From Taijitu
- The following will minor offenses. Persons who commit these offenses may not be arrested and may be permanently banned only for repeat offenses.
- No person may impersonate any private person.
- No person may distribute the private materials of any person without their permission or as provided by law. Internet chat logs, internet protocol addresses, email addresses, and similar personal information will be considered private materials. The owners of internet chat logs will be be all involved.
- No person may post on the Regional Forums to disrupt or provoke.
- No person may harass or threaten another.
- No person may alter or delete the avatar, user name, signature, posts, post count, monetary supply or personal information of another on the Regional Forums without their permission or as provided by law.
- The following will be major offenses. Persons who commit these offenses may be arrested and may be permanently banned for the first offense.
- The Government of Taijitu may classify materials vital to regional security. The Court, on the request of the Chief Justice, and the Senate, on the request of the Speaker, may review classified materials to ensure they warrant classification. No person may distribute classified materials.
- No person may attempt to seize the regional delegacy without having first been elected.
- No person may impersonate any government official.
- Willfully conspiring to commit or abetting these offenses will be equivalent to committing the offense.
