- The works of the Citizens of Taijitu intended for sale shall be considered the intellectual property of their creator.
- The sale or distribution of the intellectual property of another Citizen of Taijitu without their prior expressed permission shall be forbidden.
- Any Citizen of Taijitu may of their own free will declare any of their works to be in the public domain, and should they choose to do so the work may be distributed and sold freely and may not be reclaimed as the sole intellectual property of its creator.
