  1. The Tai, to be divisible into 100 cents and to be represented by the mark ₮, is hereby established as the official and sole currency of Taijitu and legal tender for all debts public and private.
  1. The Tai may not be minted or issued except where authorized by the Laws of Taijitu.
  1. It is hereby forbidden to perform any form of fraud with the Tai.
  1. The Executive Government of Taijitu shall have all necessary and proper powers to carry out the provisions of this Act within the Constitution.
