Cartwrightia, or Cart, came to the game in February 2005. His first region was The Lexicon, in which he took an active role in community life. Cartwrightia holds strong libertarian views, seeing civil liberties as the key unbreachable tenet of a civilised society.
Cartwrightia attempted to retire from NS in October 2005, a state of affairs which lasted all of three months. He is currently an Admin on The Lexicon forums and a keen observer and supporter of the Taijituan attempt to make a true NS democracy.

Views on Important Issues
Banning of Baltija
This was a necessary ban. However, it was executed in the wrong way. There was a chance to set a democratic and constitution abiding precedent for how to ban a troublesome player, but this was missed. Instead, the ban made the entire government look hypocritical and neglectful of the reasons they said they set Taijitu up.
We can only hope that this is taken as a lesson on how not to do things.
