If a World Assembly resolution is placed in queue, a poll on it will be opened on the Regional Forums.
The poll's options will be to vote for, vote against or abstain from the resolution. Any citizen may vote in the poll.
The poll will be closed when the Delegate acts on it no sooner than eight hours before the end of the in-game vote on the resolution.
If an option to vote for or against the resolution obtains a majority, the delegate will vote accordingly, else they will abstain.
