- The impersonation of any citizen or government position of Taijitu is hereby forbidden.
- The dissemination of private materials of any Citizen of Taijitu as defined in Article 3 of this Law is hereby forbidden, excepting where authorized by that Citizen or Citizens, or by a warrant of the Supreme Court.
- Internet Relay Chat logs and all other forms of Internet Chat logs relevant to Taijitu, Internet Protocol addresses, email addresses, and other personal information are hereby considered private materials of their owners where the owners of Internet Chat logs are hereby considered to be all involved in the conversation.
- Excessive and unnecessary posting in a non-germane fashion with the clear intent to provoke or disrupt is hereby forbidden.
- The public display of obscene or offensive material, as understood by a majority of the community, is hereby forbidden.
- Repeated personal attacks and harassment directed against any citizen of Taijitu is hereby forbidden.
- The dissemination of sensitive materials vital to the security of the region is hereby forbidden and the Executive Government of Taijitu is given the authority to declare materials classified on a reasonable basis.
- Attempting to seize the regional delegacy, or knowingly assisting in such an attempt without first having been elected to the office of Delegate by legal election procedures is hereby forbidden.
- The sale and purchase of votes or other political favors is hereby forbidden.
- The alteration of the avatar, user name, signatures, posts, post count, monetary supply or personal information of any Citizen is hereby forbidden excepting where it is done to enforce the law.
- Conspiracy to commit a crime, as defined in the Laws of Taijitu, is hereby also a crime.
