    2. No person may distribute the private materials of any person without their permission except as provided by law. Private materials will include internet chat logs, internet protocol addresses and email addresses. Internet chat logs will belong to all involved.
    3. No person may alter the personal information of another on the Regional Forums without their permission except as provided by law. Peronsal information will include avatars, user-names, signatures, posts and post-counts.
