Log into your nation. If you haven't already set up OpenID, go to settings. Scroll down to where it says "OpenID..." and click. It will open two new fields, OpenID Delegate and OpenID Server. In OpenID Delegate put "http://toaster.taijitu.org/openid_user/[your user name]" and in OpenID Server put "http://toaster.taijitu.org/openid".
Go to http://toaster.taijitu.org/ and click on "log in" at the top of the page.
Enter your user name and password and click "login".
You will be taken to nation login. Enter the name of your nation and click "login".
You will be asked if you trust the site. Click "Yes".
Click "Queues" on the sidebar to the right.
Click "Taijitu Recruitment" in the list of queues.
If the queue is not empty, a nation and precomposed telegram will be loaded. Check to make sure that the nation has not moved out of the feeder in which it was founded.
If the nation has not moved, check to make sure its name, flag or motto are not offensive.
If the nation checks out, hit "Send".
Check to see if the telegram was sent. If you are told your telegram is blocked, wait and try again.
If the telegram has been sent, click "Get Next" and wait for the next nation in the queue to load.
Repeat this until the queue is empty.
