A Resolution of the Progressive Party to seek to use Condorcet Voting to elect the Delegate.
The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:
Article 3, section 3, clause 2 of the Constitution of Taijitu will be changed to read 'The Delegate will be elected by a Schulze Condorcet vote.'
