  1. The Speaker
    1. A senator may propose an election for Speaker. If another senator seconds the proposal, an election will be held.
    2. At the start of an election, three days will be allotted for the selection of candidates. After this an instant runoff vote will be held for two days. Ties will be broken in favor of the most senior Senator.
    3. If the office of Speaker is vacant, the most senior senator will assume the office.
