- The Tai, to be divisible into 100 cents and to be represented by the mark ₮, is hereby established as the official and sole currency of Taijitu and legal tender for all debts public and private.
- The Tai may not be minted or issued except where authorized by the Laws of Taijitu.
- It is hereby forbidden to perform any form of fraud with the Tai.
- The Executive Government of Taijitu shall have all necessary and proper powers to carry out the provisions of this Act within the Constitution.
