Signatures
Hi Tarrotown. I saw you trying to sign the constitution. What you need to do is to leave the hash # followed by four tildes ~ without the "< nowiki >" tags. So go back into the Talk page of the constitution, edit it and delete those tags so that all you see is this: #~~~~ . Forget what you see in the source code, just make sure you can only see those hashes and tildes. Then it will work!
