1. Taijitu shall establish the Voice of the People as its official regional newspaper.<br>
2. The Ecclesia shall elect an Editor to manage the newspaper and its employees.<br>
3. The Editor election shall occur concurrently with the Citizen-Initiator election, if there is a vacancy, or if the Ecclesia calls for an election.<br>
4. The Editor shall be subject to recall by the Ecclesia at any time.<br><br>
The Voice of the People Act was proposed in the Ecclesia on Umbrôse 31, AR 1 (February 24, 2015 OS).
