A Resolution of the [[Progressive Party]] to seek to use [[Condorcet Voting]] to elect the [[Delegate]].

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:

<blockquote>Article 3, section 3, clause 2 of the Constitution of Taijitu will be changed to read 'The Delegate will be elected by a Schulze Condorcet vote.'</blockquote>
