==Article the Nth: On the Cessation of Military Hostilities and Occupation==

#The office of King of Novmir shall be abolished and replaced by the new office of Emperor of Novmir. His majesty Fredrick Maximilians Pembroke shall be the first to assume the office of Emperor and shall be crowned as such at a time and place of his choosing following the passage of this treaty.
#The Emperor shall have the right to nominate as many heirs to the throne as he wishes, and these heirs may be drawn from any recognized noble house. No heir, however, shall be considered legitimate without the subsequent approval of the Ducal Council. Such approval, once given, may not be revoked by the Ducal Council. Upon the death or abdication of the Emperor, his eldest legitimate heir shall be crowned as Emperor.
#Should the Emperor have no legitimate heirs at the time of his death or abdication, then the Ducal Council shall elect a new Emperor from among the recognized houses of nobility.
#The Emperor shall not be permitted to alter the tax or legal codes without the consent of the Imperial Assembly. He, however, shall retain the right to veto all proposals of the Imperial Assembly and shall remain commander in-chief of the armed forces.

==Article the Nth: On the Recognition of Noble Houses==
#The House of Pembroke-Havelock shall be dissolved into House Pembroke of Macovy and House Havelock of Floresque, and both houses will be formally recognized.
#The following houses of nobility and their respective fiefs shall also be granted formal recognition under the new imperial government established by this treaty:
#Every recognized house of nobility shall be entitled to a single representative on the Ducal Council. The fashion in which such representatives are selected and their term of office shall be decided by their respective houses.
#New houses of nobility may be recognized with the approval of the Ducal Council, provided they
